Shipping and Returns

What is your shipping policy?

  • Your order means a lot to us as a small business and while we will try to ship to you as soon as possible, it may take up to three business days.

  • Unfortunately we don’t offer international shipping at this point in time.

  • Once the order has been shipped, it becomes the property and responsibility of the purchaser. It is your responsibility to follow up any unusual activity.

  • We are not able to redirect any parcels once they have been shipped. Please ensure your address has been filled out correctly.

What is your return policy? 

  • We want you to love your products as much as we do. Of course if there is something wrong with your product or if it is defected in any way please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product via the contact page or directly to mardischumannhair@gmail.com and we will rectify the issue.

  • We do no offer a refund on a change of mind purchase.

  • For an eligible return please ensure the item remains unused and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns on used items.

  • We do not accept or provide refunds on sale items.
